Loaf of Italian bread (not French to long and skinny)
1 stick of butter
1tsp crushed garlic
Cut bread in ½ width wise. Melt butter with garlic and brush melted butter and garlic on bread. Use all of the liquid and make sure bread is completely covered. If you want you can sprinkle a little oregano on top.
2 ways to cook it….
Toasted garlic bread:
Put under the broiler and watch very carefully, it burns easily.
Soft Garlic Bread:
Put two pieced together and rap in tin foil. Put it in the oven at 350 for 10 min.
